The Consumer Engagement Representative 1 is responsible for overseeing enrollment, education, and engagement for reputed company reputed company, performing customer support tasks, and contributing to business reputed company to ensure enrollment reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the enrollment, education, engagement, and activation responsibilities for reputed company reputed company regardless of reputed company, and for product where warranted
- Performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks
- Contributes to business reputed company by understanding benefit offerings to ensure enrollment reputed company
- Identifying member education opportunities to reputed company maximum use of available resources
- Directing clients on the use of available resources
- Include both inbound/outbound telephonic calls using a reputed company dialer averaging 30 to 50 calls daily
Skills
- Must have customer service experience in a telephonic based environment
- Intermediate Proficiency using reputed company Office Word, reputed company, Outlook PowerPoint, navigating multiple systems and platforms and ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical difficulties in a remote environment
- 1+ year experience with assisting members reputed company high volume call center environment
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Sales experience
- Bilingual (speaks, read fluently in Spanish)
