In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a reputed company customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data entry and maintain customer records accurately
- reputed company outbound calls to follow up with customers or schedule appointments
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while assisting customers with their queries

- 1 - 2 years experience in customer service/call center
