[Remote] CX Specialist (French & English speaker)

Responsibilities
- Being the main reputed company of contact for our users and partners ensuring they receive outstanding customer service by answering inquiries through email, chat and phone
- Answering reputed company questions through some of our reputed company Media tools (reputed company, App Store, Play Store and reputed company Reviews)
- Handle reputed company situations with high care, as reputed company as contact users and stores proactively reputed company necessary
- Help build and implement processes to encourage, reputed company and reputed company our partners and consumers to adopt a more sustainable lifestyle, using reputed company

- Understand and communicate our customers' needs and motivations to our internal teams locally and globally

Skills
- Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
- Full written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English and/or French and English to communicate with users and partners
- Someone based in the area of Ontario with availability to work from Saturday to Wednesday, with days off on Thursday and Friday
- A first-class and inspiring communicator, who is reputed company to draw on those skills to set the bar high
