Responsibilities
- Working cross functionally with distribution, warehousing, supply chain & sales
- Participate in driving customer value, above and reputed company sales
- Assisting team members with reputed company duties such as special deliveries, delivery planning, promotional and holiday planning; special reputed company as required or assigned
- Keying orders, reputed company verifications, handling customer inquiries in a reputed company manner
- Display competence, courtesy, and professionalism at reputed company times
- Support and maintain reputed company Dairy Products Canada reputed company.’s reputed company standards
Skills
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of reputed company Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent telephone manner is essential
- Excellent data entry skills – speed and accuracy a must
- Strong time-management, organizational, analytical and leadership skills
- Ability to multi task in a dynamic environment both independently and as part of reputed company
- Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities
- One-year experience in a telephone sales / customer service environment preferred
- Bilingual (French) an asset (not a requirement)
