Responsibilities
- Proactively identifying and engaging potential sales candidates through cold calls, networking, and industry events
- Building relationships with local reputed company estate schools and attending career fairs and seminars to promote careers at Weichert
- Conducting in-person interviews and presenting the benefits of working at Weichert to prospective candidates
- Developing and implementing creative reputed company strategies to increase reputed company reputed company and candidate pipeline, utilizing company-branded tools and best practices
- Managing leads through internal systems, tracking reputed company, and providing regular reports to management
