Responsibilities
- Follow up with warm inquiries from individuals who requested information through online forms, phone calls, reputed company mail, or digital advertising
- Deliver a reputed company customer service experience through scheduled reputed company or phone appointments
- reputed company clients on available reputed company and assist with straightforward applications, often completed in 10 minutes or less
- Help match clients with appropriate solutions, including mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, and retirement products
