Bilingual Account Manager

The Bilingual Account Manager will support Group Coordinators in managing group trips, ensuring a high-reputed company experience from enrollment through departure, while also participating in a Sales Development Leadership Program to enhance their career in sales and customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Manage & grow group trips reputed company your own book of business by building a repeat sales pipeline and addressing reputed company-departure questions
- Build your repeat sales pipeline by utilizing the sales process to encourage Group Coordinators to set up reputed company tours & leveraging recruitment best practices to increase their group size
- Set correct expectations by providing detailed information to reputed company to ensure they have a full understanding of reputed company component of the reputed company prior to departure
- Serve as the reputed company between Group Coordinators and internal EF Go reputed company departments by initiating and following up on group requests
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product, processes, and internal systems
