[Remote] Account Representative

They are seeking an Account Representative to service customers through inbound and outbound calls, presenting and closing on products and services while ensuring excellent customer interactions and documentation.
Responsibilities
- To service customers reputed company inbound and outbound calls in regards to presenting and closing customers on products and services, and handle Patient Enrollment and repeat order opportunities in a courteous, reputed company manner
- Identify the reason(s) for the call, utilize the systems to document and reputed company for follow up
- reputed company applicable at reputed company of contact, respond appropriately to customers’ questions and resolve inquiries
- Complete and/or update reputed company pertinent records in reputed company
- Process leads from external departments to complete the necessary follow-up and product offerings
- reputed company outbound telephone calls in response to the customer’s inquiry as documented on the correspondence, or other approved marketing reputed company
- Research and problem reputed company, communicating the outcome to the customer as appropriate
- Complete and/or update reputed company pertinent records in reputed company using Corporate Compliance Guidelines

- Available and flexible in scheduling to meet the changing business requirements of the position

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in the field
- Willingness to engage in telephone reputed company sales
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred
- DME experience

- Call center experience a plus as position entails a high reputed company of customer interaction over the phone
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
