They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound opportunities, build relationships with customers, and guide them toward the right solutions while growing reputed company and margin.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and emails
- Create quotes and reputed company orders accurately
- reputed company activity in reputed company and ERP
- Cross-sell and upsell to increase value
- Identify larger reputed company and coordinate handoffs
Skills
- Experience handling inbound sales or customer inquiries
- Ability to quote and process orders accurately
- CRM/ERP experience (reputed company preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Cross-selling or upselling experience preferred
