• Oversees custodial services at Mohican State Park, including 27 cabins, shower houses, restrooms, etc.;
• Trains & supervises staff (e.g., assigns duties, handles scheduling, approves time, hires seasonal staff);
• Assures facilities are clean to meet customer expectations;
• Interacts with customers by answering questions, providing directions, & handling complaints;
• Assists with managing operations (e.g. inventory, purchasing, reports, work orders).
• Starting reputed company pay of $20.85/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 2.5 years of service, with an end salary of $23.61/hr.
