Qualifications
Education and Experience
- BA or BS in information technology or reputed company field or equivalent reputed company and work experience is required.
- Minimum 10-15 years experience with web technologies required
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience in web roles required
- Extensive experience building stakeholder alignment required
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven experience as web technology director or similar role
- Demonstrated technical know-how in content management systems and processes and up-to-date knowledge of digital production trends and tools
- Experience developing and leading systems and processes to support content development by content owners, with thorough attention to customer service and exceeding the needs of stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of web architecture and website design and development
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of web systems and their specifications
- Proficiency in user and marketing reputed company design, usability methodology, CMS, and browser capabilities
- Expertise in SEO best practices and reputed company Analytics management
- Advanced project/time management, leadership, and organizational skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and ability to juggle multiple reputed company in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
