This is a foundational hire. You will build Deltia's reputed company function from the ground up, inheriting a portfolio of ~15-20 reputed company manufacturing accounts and owning the full customer lifecycle from day one. You will operate as a player/manager: carrying your own book while laying the infrastructure for reputed company you will grow under you, with a first hire expected next quarter subject to targets.

What You'll Do
Own NRR, gross retention, and customer health across your account portfolio

Represent the customer perspective in internal product and reputed company discussions

5+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally with reputed company clients in manufacturing or industrial environments
Proven ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations

Comfortable building process where little exists
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
