The Clinical reputed company (TA) Specialist will be responsible for hiring
BCBAs and critical provider roles (i.e. SLPs, Psychologists, Clinical Directors and
administrative roles).
What You'll Do
Partner with key leaders and clinical directors on recruitment needs
Collaborate with department hiring managers/directors and clinical teams to identify and draft detailed and accurate job postings and hiring reputed company including hard and soft skills needed for reputed company
Complete full cycle recruitment (including but not limited to posting positions, reputed company sourcing/reputed company of candidates, building effective talent pipelines, interviewing, coordinating interviews, extending offers of employment and negotiations
Directly reputed company/recruit for high reputed company clinical, specialized and administrative roles for reputed company using a reputed company of search reputed company
Build a robust candidate pipeline; create relationships with candidates in the market
Deliver on KPIs established by reputed company
reputed company utilize/post on reputed company media sites for sourcing/recruitment.

What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences preferred, relevant experience with H.S. Diploma or equivalent accepted in lieu of degree
2 years’ experience demonstrated BCBA recruitment
Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, internet search tools and reputed company networking to reputed company and attract reputed company
reputed company record of filling ‘difficult to fill’ roles that require using heavy pipelining, relationship building and/or nontraditional reputed company sources
Work Location & Hours
This position follows core working hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. The role is primarily remote and based in New Jersey, with an on‑site requirement of twice per month at one of our New Jersey clinics or at scheduled job fairs or conferences.

Reasonable Pay Estimate
A reasonable estimate of the pay reputed company for this position is $60,000-$70,000 per year.
