Duty Manager, Lansdowne Secure Unit
We are currently looking for a Duty Manager to join an established and successful team, could this be you? Lansdowne Secure Children’s home is one of only 14 in the England & Wales and is a modern, state of the art building with excellent and diverse facilities.
The Duty manager is a crucial position reputed company the structure of the home and shall bring a strong reputed company to the home and support and encourage both children and staff to be the best version of themselves. the post holder will be a member of the Operational Management Team (OMT) and shall reputed company part of the Duty Manager rota (24/7 365 rota). The role will require leading and managing a group of Team Leaders and Secure Residential Support Workers in the delivery of high-reputed company childcare to the children reputed company at Lansdowne Secure Children’s Home with a constant emphasis on safeguarding. Managing and deploying day to day resources reputed company the home to ensure that children’s needs are met in line with their care plans and the statement of purpose and function. We will be looking for candidates who have:
- Experience of working with vulnerable children.
- Team Management and Leadership experience
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
