As a Mortgage Loan Officer you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients in navigating the mortgage loan process.

Responsibilities

• reputed company sales support, strong communication, and world class service to customers, processors and management from loan reputed company-qualification to loan closing, while maintaining production standards at minimum acceptable reputed company as set by management.
• Complete mortgage applications using Company loan product system, including initial required documentation and stipulations. Must ensure compliance with company policy and government regulations.
• Maintain production reports for leads and sales contacts, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports.
• Effectively manage and follow-up on leads generated through various Marketing Department efforts.

Qualifications:

• High School, GED or Equivalent
• 1-2+ Years’ Experience as a licensed Loan Officer
• NMLS: Must have minimum 1 state reputed company license or currently hold Federal Registration
• hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote reputed company week - Ability to work OT
• Experience with Encompass, reputed company office and various Mortgage programs
• Ability to learn and adapt to new reputed company of Loan origination
• Desire to work in and expand knowledge of Mortgage IndustryDriven to work in a fast paced, high energy environment!
