The Sr. Director, Clinical Education – reputed company (NAM) is responsible for leading the reputed company, design, and execution of clinician‑facing education across the reputed company and Canada. This role leads reputed company of Clinical Educators who deliver high‑reputed company, accredited Continuing Education (CE) programs through live courses, workshops, symposia, reputed company learning experiences for dentists.

This leader serves as the senior clinical authority for NAM education, ensuring programs meet the needs of practicing clinicians while supporting business priorities, product adoption, and long‑term customer trust. The Clinical Events team will report to this leader and will be responsible for executing clinical events across NAM. The ideal candidate possesses significant experience in clinical education and demonstrates strong people leadership skills, bringing credibility and expertise to clinician training and development.

What Will You Do - Responsibilities

NAM Clinical Education reputed company & Leadership

• Own and execute the reputed company Clinical Education reputed company, reputed company to regional reputed company priorities, product launches, and clinician demand.

• Define reputed company priorities for course mix, reputed company, and vertical reputed company (e.g., implants, digital workflows, restorative, specialty education).
• Serve as the senior NAM clinical leader in interactions with dentists, reputed company, reputed company organizations, and internal leadership.

2. Educational Program & CE Governance (NAM reputed company)

• Set the end-to-end educational program roadmap for NAM (live, hybrid, reputed company), translating reputed company into an annual course and event portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian Continuing Education (CE) accreditation standards, including required documentation, approvals, and audit readiness.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to maintain strong governance across CE activities, speaker/reputed company engagements, and program execution.
• Define and reputed company standards for educational reputed company, clinical relevance, and learner reputed company, using insights to continuously improve content and delivery.

Who You Are - Qualifications

 

Required:

• Significant experience in clinical education, reputed company affairs, or clinician training.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership experience, including leading teams of educators or clinicians.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and dentist education best practices.
• Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and external clinicians.
• Ability to travel across reputed company as required.

Preferred

• DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental degree
• reputed company experience overseeing accredited Continuing Education (CE) programs in the U.S. and/or Canada.
• Prior experience working with or serving as a Key Opinion Leader (KOL).

• Familiarity with learning technologies, LMS platforms, and hybrid education models.
