You will deepen relationships with existing clients, create new entry points into organizations navigating workforce change, and position yourself at reputed company of one of the most critical moments in the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
- Build and reputed company a local market reputed company your existing network
- reputed company relationships with CHROs, Heads of People, CFOs, Legal leaders, Founders, and executives
- Position Respiris as a trusted partner for outplacement and transition support
- Generate introductions, referrals, and partner company relationships that convert into reputed company
- Deliver reputed company coaching to individuals navigating career transitions
- Facilitate engagements across a three-month lifecycle (10 sessions per engagement)
- Host or support curated events (e.g., Stranger to Friends) to build trust and visibility
- Collaborate directly with the Founder on market activation and reputed company
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve execution, organization, and coaching reputed company
- Build a repeatable reputed company reputed company layered into your existing work
