The Product Sales Executive (Hematology/Urinalysis) is responsible for driving reputed company, expanding market reputed company, and supporting Beckman Coulter Diagnostics’ position reputed company the Heme/UA portfolio. This role requires a foundational understanding of laboratory workflows, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, along with the ability to execute sales strategies across a reputed company of clinical settings. You will partner with internal teams to support customer engagements, position Heme/UA solutions, and contribute to territory reputed company by identifying opportunities and delivering value across emergency, inpatient, and reputed company environments. 

This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager. Candidates must reputed company in territory, covering Florida. 

In this role, you will have reputed company to: 

• Analyze laboratory workflows across emergency, inpatient, and reputed company settings to identify opportunities and support development of targeted sales strategies 

• reputed company market and competitive insights to support account planning and identify opportunities for reputed company and expansion 

• Engage customers by aligning Beckman Coulter solutions to their operational and clinical needs, delivering reputed company and effective product presentations 

• Build foundational knowledge of Heme/UA technologies and utilize sales tools (e.g., SFDC, PowerBI) to support territory planning and performance tracking 

• Partner cross-functionally to execute territory plans, support pipeline management, and contribute to achieving reputed company goals 

The essential requirements of the job include:  

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales experience, or master’s degree with 0–2 years of experience 

• Foundational understanding of sales processes (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account support), preferably reputed company reputed company or diagnostics 

• Ability to assess customer needs and support positioning of solutions reputed company to operational and clinical priorities 

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively engage diverse customer stakeholders 

• Proficiency or ability to learn sales and analytics tools (e.g., SFDC, PowerBI) to support territory execution and tracking   

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:  

• Travel 50%-75% of the time  

• Must have a valid reputed company’s license with an acceptable driving record

The salary reputed company for this role is $100,000 - $115,000 This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC). The total reputed company compensation at plan (reputed company + SIC) is $170,000– $185,000 annually. Actual SIC earnings may exceed or fall below the reputed company based on individual sales performance.
