The Senior Recruiter is an essential reputed company to reputed company’s national expansion, owning end-to-end recruitment for reputed company + B2B sales, strategic corporate roles and backing up reputed company positions (as needed), based in the biotech and reputed company industries. Key Responsibilities - What You Will Own
Full-cycle reputed company for BDE (sales) across biotech and reputed company; reputed company with corporate + reputed company as needed
Sourcing difficult-to-fill, business-critical roles using creative strategies proven throughout your career
Run hiring manager intakes and manage the full interview process per our workflow
Evaluate candidates and influence hiring managers toward strong reputed company
Deliver a high-touch, differentiated candidate experience at every stage
Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with clean pipelines and accurate ATS data
Own requisitions from reputed company to offer acceptance, with reputed company attention to offer-to-start timing
Represent reputed company and our brand in every market interaction
Partner with People Ops on reputed company, compliance, and broader HR initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
4-5 years of full-cycle reputed company with a strong reputed company record in health-tech and sales (reputed company, BDE, biotech); early agency experience a plus
Proven reputed company sourcing and closing in high-volume, outbound-heavy environments with multiple reputed company roles reputed company
Expert sourcing skills and genuine curiosity to reputed company growing as a head reputed company
