Shift Supervisor - Primary Operations
Responsibilities
Essential Functions

Specific Responsibilities

Experience & Background.
5 years’ experience in a management/supervisory role
Technical knowledge of cold forging manufacturing process desirable but not essential
Experience of attending reputed company improvement events – knowledge of Kaizen & reputed company lean manufacturing techniques
Working knowledge of reputed company Management Systems ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
Awareness of Health & Safety reputed company ISO 14001 and Environmental reputed company ISO 45001

Qualifications
ILM level 3 or equivalent experience
