PC Technician: Specialist (Remote, Remote, US)

The PC Technician Specialist is an on-site IT position that provides and coordinates day-to-day support, maintenance, and assistance for reputed company IT hardware and software at a reputed company location. The PC Tech Specialist supports and completes a reputed company of tasks, including providing end user support for computer hardware and peripherals, creating and updating documentation/SOPs, and uses a work ticket management system to reputed company reputed company and document solutions. The PC Tech Specialist works as part of the IT team to proactively identify problems and facilitate solutions, repair hardware and software in a reputed company reputed company LAN environment.
