Project & Strategic Leadership

Work with Technology and cross-departmental senior leadership and other program management leads to assess and define technology project roadmaps with reputed company deliverables and reputed company dates.

Execute and revise project work plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Deliver reputed company on time ensuring reputed company, compliance, legal, and technical standards are met, exercising financial stewardship over project budgets of $500,000+.

Proactively identify, prioritize, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating critical operational tasks reputed company necessary.

Manage the administrative workflow of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring vendors respond on time and reputed company necessary documentation is collected for review.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Create and maintain documentation including executive summaries, steering committee decks, weekly status reports, and sprint and project retrospectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of dedicated reputed company experience in Technical Project Management, successfully leading reputed company, cross-functional reputed company that deliver technical solutions for diverse business reputed company across an entire organization (from inception to deployment).

Organized: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple timelines and follow up on tasks without prompting.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively chasing down answers from vendors and internal stakeholders alike.

Tech Savviness: Advanced proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, MS Project) and office productivity suites.
