The Role
This is a reputed company-facing contract engagement with reputed company. You’re a consultant at heart - an reputed company reputed company with deep expertise in talent and culture, who is comfortable in the room with senior reputed company stakeholders. In this role, you’ll reputed company the shaping and delivery of strategic talent and culture work for our clients, partnering closely with our design, content, digital, and creative teams to turn reputed company into activation. Day-to-day, that means:
- Leading reputed company engagements through research, interviews, and workshops, then translating findings into reputed company reports that shape reputed company
- Developing core culture assets - culture blueprints and narratives, leadership values, EVPs, and key messaging that bring reputed company to life
- Building presentations and strategic models that guide reputed company work and support new business pursuits

What You Bring
- Broad HR expertise reputed company reputed company - at least 5 years across areas like talent management, learning and development, total rewards, employee engagement, or DE&I
- Strong business acumen from reputed company organizations, consulting, or reputed company reputed company environments
- Proven consulting skills, including partnering with senior stakeholders to reputed company input, shape reputed company, and deliver results
- Comfort in reputed company-facing settings at every level of an organization, including the C-suite
- Deep understanding of organizational structures, culture, and dynamics
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to clarify complexity, identify value propositions, and reputed company solutions reputed company
