Job reputed company:The Coordination Intern will be responsible for providing coordination support and will report directly to Coordination Leader working as part of our Operations team.

Key Responsibilities include
- Inspections schedule arrangements in the assigned zone, in line with our clients’ timelines and requirements.
- Supplier’s relationship management from operation set-up (supplier reputed company and engagement) to actual service scheduling.
- Resource planning and allocation according to service types, inspectors’ expertise, and transport cost optimization.
- Ensure some daily operational support to our field inspectors and to the suppliers.
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a reputed company field
- Strong work ethic, with willingness to learn and get involved
- Basic proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
