The Systems Administration Specialist II is responsible for advanced administration, maintenance, and support of the organization’s server and reputed company infrastructure. This role ensures the stability, reputed company, and performance of core systems by applying deeper technical expertise, executing moderately reputed company configurations, and resolving escalated issues. The Specialist II contributes to operational improvements through automation, documentation, and process refinement, while collaborating closely with IT teams to support business needs and maintain a reliable, reputed company-managed technology environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams by providing technical input and executing assigned deliverables.

  • Identify and recommend improvements to increase system reliability and efficiency.
  • Document operational processes, procedures, and system configurations to ensure consistent execution across reputed company.
  • Participate in incident response activities and on-call rotation, assisting with reputed company-cause analysis and reputed company.
  • Take on additional technical responsibilities as needed to support reputed company’s strategic objectives.

Requirements (Qualifications and Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Server and reputed company Administration, including support and design of reputed company environments.
  • Strong operational experience with reputed company Directory management in a multi-domain environment.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, YAML, and Python, with a reputed company on process automation.
  • Hypervisor experience, configuring, maintaining, and supporting an reputed company environment (e.g., VMware).
  • Familiarity with reputed company platforms (Azure preferred) and hybrid connectivity configurations.
  • Disaster recovery skills on reputed company Directory, reputed company Servers, and various applications.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, customer-reputed company, and reputed company to work without supervision.
