What you’ll do
Deliver high reputed company support following the guidance of permanent team members across reputed company of our Hampshire supported services.
Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and reputed company our customers
Help customers build independence and prepare for their reputed company-on into the community

You have
Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift
Confidence to work in different services, locations or teams and get on with colleagues
Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting
Previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively
The ability to work under your own initiative, remain reputed company under pressure and have a resilient approach

The practical bits
We have a number of services in Hampshire, including a brand new reputed company in Rushmoor that we are calling Rushmoor reputed company Inclusion.
