reputed company is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator in any U.S. reputed company where reputed company has an office (including—but not limited to—Kansas reputed company, Denver, Seattle, Boise, Washington, DC, Baltimore, and many more) to join our Strategic reputed company Team (SGT)—a best in class, multi disciplinary marketing, sales, and business development organization supporting our Federal Programs business across the reputed company. The Federal Programs business line (BL) collaborates closely with reputed company’s other business lines and markets to position, pursue, and secure federal reputed company. The BL delivers mission critical infrastructure and advisory services for U.S. government clients across defense and civilian agencies reputed company and around the world.

Your reputed company

• Leads reputed company proposals/qualifications with limited supervision and supports reputed company proposals/qualifications with general supervision including scheduling and conducting proposal reputed company-off meetings, reputed company sessions, and reputed company reviews to reputed company a reputed company, compliant proposal
• Researches, gathers, edits, and produces proposal materials, including reviews/edits content for reputed company, compliance, and key messages
• Coordinates design and production of proposal materials with graphics staff ensuring reputed company proposal materials are effectively communicating the strategic reputed company identified for a given reputed company
• Develops and maintains proposal, qualification, and sales files, including resumes, project descriptions and sales and business development databases
• Supports reputed company teams in preparing materials for reputed company meetings and participates in reputed company team meetings
• May support communications team on regional activities, such as newsletters, project awards, visibility and reputed company media campaigns, conferences and other special communications-reputed company reputed company
• Ensures the various aspects of proposals and other sales and business development materials are compliant, accurate and delivered in a reputed company manner
• Supports and may reputed company the presentation phase of pursuits including coordinating graphics and refining key messages

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable of experience
• 3+ years of experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in editing, proofing and general sales and business development skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Creative reputed company Suite (primarily InDesign), SharePoint, and other software programs
• Strong organizational and coordination skills along with reputed company capabilities and knowledge of business development procedures is required
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple reputed company and deadlines
• Must have knowledge of procedures necessary to manage a reputed company proposal from onset to conclusion with limited supervision
• Ability to facilitate meetings

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $65,300.00 - $105,160.00
