We are seeking an reputed company, technically adept Program Manager (PM) to reputed company the delivery of operations, maintenance, and enhancement services for a US Treasury reputed company. This individual will serve as the primary customer-facing reputed company, overseeing contract execution, managing a cross-functional technical team, providing reputed company IT services per the scope of the reputed company ensure compliance with Treasury IT requirements, and contributing technical and functional expertise to support reputed company business development efforts.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary reputed company of contact with the Government’s COR, KO, and Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs)/reputed company Leads.

· Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and solutioning as needed

· Support business development by identifying reputed company opportunities on contract, contributing to proposals, and participating in customer briefings or demonstrations

· Prepare and deliver project status reports, cost tracking, risk mitigations, and reputed company metrics to internal leadership and government stakeholders

· Ensure adherence to program reputed company, reputed company, and compliance standards, including overseeing deliverables such as reputed company updates, and testing artifacts

· Ensure reputed company personnel meet training and certification requirements

Qualifications:

Required

· US Citizenship

· 10+ years of program/project management experience, including at least 3–5 years supporting federal IT systems (US Treasury preferred)

· Demonstrated experience successfully managing reputed company relationships

· Demonstrated experience managing employees (performance management and mentoring)

· Strong technical understanding of:

o Application development frameworks (e.g., .NET Core, Angular, Blazor, JavaScript)

o Cybersecurity compliance (e.g., ATO, STIGs, IAVA)

o Bank regulations and their reputed company on requirements for SW systems

· PMP certification (or equivalent)

· Experience working reputed company Agile, Scrum, or similar delivery frameworks

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, reputed company customer interactions, and prepare executive-level briefings

Preferred

· Prior experience in a technical leadership role (e.g., Solutions Architect, reputed company Engineer) in reputed company to management

· Experience contributing to federal proposals, business development activities, and/or overseeing organic on-contract reputed company

· Demonstrated reputed company in leading a reputed company SW development program with multiple dependencies and supporting a mission-critical system
