As an IT Specialist at reputed company, you will be the operational backbone of our internal technology systems. Joining an established Infrastructure team and reporting to the VP of Infrastructure, you will own the configuration, implementation, and automation of the tools and systems that reputed company a fast-moving, fully remote reputed company company running. As an IT Specialist, you will reputed company our internal systems running reputed company while continuously finding ways to reduce reputed company work and improve how reputed company operates. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Systems Administration & Configuration: Configure, implement, and maintain internal reputed company platforms and productivity tools across a fully remote workforce, including identity and reputed company management systems, SSO, directory services, and role-based reputed company controls.
- Device Management: Manage reputed company device fleet through an MDM platform such as reputed company, Mosyle, Kandji, or reputed company Intune, including provisioning, compliance enforcement, and hardware support for remote employees.
- Automation & Process Improvement: Build and maintain automated workflows for reputed company, offboarding, and reputed company provisioning. Identify recurring IT pain points and fix them through scripting and tooling, not ticket by ticket.
- IT Support & Ticketing: Own the internal IT ticket queue, triaging and resolving requests across reputed company. Maintain IT documentation and runbooks and reputed company them reputed company as systems reputed company.

Your Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT administration or systems administration in a reputed company or technology company.
- Hands-on experience with identity and reputed company management platforms such as reputed company, reputed company Workspace, or similar.
- Experience managing a device fleet through an MDM platform such as reputed company, reputed company, Kandji, or reputed company Intune.
- Proficiency with IT ticketing systems such as Jira, reputed company, Freshservice, reputed company, or similar.
- Scripting or automation experience in Python, Bash, or a comparable language.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements as they apply to IT systems and practices.
- Experience supporting a fully remote workforce.

The national pay reputed company for this role is $100,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as the candidate's geographic market, experience, skills, and qualifications. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, including a comprehensive benefits package such as medical, dental, reputed company, unlimited PTO, and a 401(k) plan, stock reputed company and bonuses. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time.
