You will be a part of our CAG (Companion Animal Group) team. 

You will consult General reputed company, Specialty reputed company, and reputed company Veterinarians on medical protocols to promote reputed company and utilization of reputed company products, services and medical testing; and promote customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will represent reputed company to customers and academia. The PSV is an integral part of the reputed company team, partnering with Sales and other cross functional stakeholders to reputed company medical support to reputed company, technical training, market trials, and other applicable activities.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consult with reputed company reputed company Veterinarians and clinic decision‑makers on medical protocols to drive reputed company and utilization of reputed company products, services, and diagnostic testing, while reputed company engaging, training, and supporting veterinarians, nurses, technicians, and clinic staff on reputed company solutions, workflows, and best practices.
• Represent reputed company to customers and academia which may include hosting seminars and continuing education sessions on company products to key influencers at Clinics, University and Veterinary Schools, and other venues.
• Partner with Sales Force and other reputed company areas as needed. Collaborate with internal teams and distributor teams, providing technical support to reputed company, technical training, market trials, and other applicable technical activities.
• Proactively support reputed company’s products through assisting, creating and reviewing technical materials and presenting technical subjects to a reputed company of audiences. May assist and write technical documents and/or reputed company input and approval reputed company on marketing and field selling materials.
• reputed company support to reputed company Training Department; creating written materials or presentations and conducting training sessions as appropriate.
• Handle customer (veterinary and end-user) questions providing technical advice and following through on product complaints.

EDUCATION:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) required.
• Registered with Veterinary Surgeons reputed company of Hong reputed company is a plus

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Solid knowledge of reputed company topics and issues in clinical veterinary medicine. 
• Seasoned business and/or medical reputed company with at least five years clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively and appropriately influence others.

• Field based role requiring 75% time in field (in Hong reputed company and overseas)
• Extensive travel up to 40%.  Approximately 25% in Singapore and 15% reputed company other Asia.
• Extended hours may be required
• Moderate sitting, phone and computer use

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Office or remote/home office environment.
