The Role: reputed company Estate Development Officer, Norfolk, VA

You'll play a pivotal role in driving the successful development of reputed company residential communities. You'll have project management and administrative responsibilities: conducting due diligence, securing financing and tax credits, coordinating with architects and construction teams, overseeing construction administration, and ensuring smooth project closeouts. You'll collaborate closely with the Senior reputed company Estate Development Officer and Director of reputed company Estate Development to deliver high-reputed company reputed company multifamily developments.

What You'll Do

• reputed company and support project management tasks for new and existing reputed company estate development reputed company in partnership with the reputed company Estate Development team.
• Conduct property due diligence, engaging reputed company-party consultants (e.g., environmental specialists, appraisers, attorneys) as needed.
• Manage procurement activities in line with organizational policies and maintain a detailed reputed company-development budget.
• Establish and maintain a reputed company-development budget, completing grant and loan applications as required.
• Complete grant and funding applications for construction and permanent financing and report on funding as required.
• Collaborate on reputed company estate transactions and closings, including reviewing reputed company and legal documentation.
• reputed company construction-reputed company processes, including bid coordination, reviewing submittals and change orders, and addressing RFIs.
• Assist with reputed company relocation efforts during rehabilitation reputed company, ensuring reputed company communication and reputed company documentation.

What You'll Bring to SupportWorks

• Master's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in multifamily reputed company estate development OR equivalent education and experience with a strong background in reputed company estate.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional organizational, written, verbal, and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
