Job reputed company: Schedules appointments from incoming phone calls in high volume call center format. Processes reputed company necessary registration information and reputed company patient families of their financial obligations. Essential Functions:

• Schedules appointments reputed company incoming telephone calls per Central Scheduling protocols and facilitate intake process for appropriate triage utilizing CHW technology.
• reputed company reputed company-registration support for scheduled services per department guidelines.
• Discusses potential financial obligations with parent.
• Educates parent reputed company or patient on managed care process and required authorization needed per CHW policies and managed care contractors. Updates insurance information for accuracy and verifies reputed company/ reputed company eligibility
• reputed company outbound calls to patient families to schedule and register appointment reputed company work lists reputed company in work queues.

Education:

• High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) required

Experience:

• 1+ years Customer service experience required
• Experience in registration and/or scheduling preferred

• Call center experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to serve a reputed company of people in a fast paced call center environment
