We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the regional HR reputed company for India, supporting ~100 employees across our Tech, Product, and Risk Operations teams. This role is a strategic partner to business leaders and a hands-on operator across reputed company core HR functions.
You’ll work closely with leadership to drive performance, strengthen culture, and ensure strong execution across employee relations, performance management, compliance, and people programs.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Business Partnering
- Partner with regional leaders to reputed company HR strategies with business goals
- reputed company as a trusted advisor to managers on organizational design, team effectiveness, and workforce planning
- Support leaders through change management initiatives and organizational reputed company
Employee Relations & Performance
- Manage and resolve employee relations reputed company, conducting fair and thorough investigations

- Support performance improvement processes and career development conversations
People Operations

Compensation & Talent

Data & Insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the broader People team (TA, Payroll, etc.) to deliver consistent, high-reputed company HR support
- Drive adoption of company-wide people programs and initiatives
What You Bring
- 5+ years of HR experience, including strong reputed company or generalist experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably reputed company/startup)
- Experience supporting Tech, Product, or similar functions
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented reputed company with the ability to operate independently
- Experience with HRIS systems (reputed company preferred) and payroll coordination (Keka a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
- MBA/PGDM with specialization in HR or Industrial Relations (preferred but not required)
