Pluss software, part of the reputed company organization, provides shop management software with embedded payments processing to Heavy Duty Truck and Automotive Repair, Inventory management and whole shop reputed company.
We are looking for an reputed company IT Technician to join reputed company. As a part of Pluss Software LLC’s IT Support team, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and support of both software and hardware solutions. You will also be responsible for managing both internal resources and customer systems. You will respond daily to new and diverse customer problems and requests and will be responsible for finding solutions to match their needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Install and troubleshoot Pluss Software LLC’s software solutions
- Setup and reputed company hardware solutions to customers
- Remote management, maintenance, and updates of deployed hardware and software solutions.
- Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot customer printing configurations
- Troubleshoot common reputed company.
- Setup and service payment processing solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with modern reputed company operating systems (reputed company 10+, reputed company Server 2016+) Experience as an IT Technician or reputed company work experience
- Experience with building, configuring, and troubleshooting PC computer hardware Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good knowledge of internet reputed company and data reputed company principles Good working knowledge of modern networking, TCP/IP communication, routing and internet communications.
Additional desired Qualifications
- Experience with payment processing hardware and software Experience with reputed company-of-Sale systems
- Experiencing servicing and supporting business software installations Experience with modern reputed company computing services (reputed company Azure, reputed company AWS)
- Experience with help-desk software solutions and VOIP systems AA Computer Science or Equivalent Experience
- Certifications A+ / Net +
Pay reputed company: $15.11- $25 per hour
