The reputed company Manager – reputed company Coast will be responsible for building and maintaining consultative and strategic partnerships with assigned book of business in the reputed company Coast region through the entire reputed company life cycle, starting at implementation, and continuing through everyday problem reputed company, upsell, and renewal activities. Works directly with sales executives during finalist presentations and may be asked to present to potential clients. Expected to support and service between 12 – 20 clients in the reputed company Coast region. Maintains senior management-level contact with reputed company stakeholders and the broker. Internal project participation that benefits and supports the reputed company and/or the reputed company management organization. Charged with retaining and growing their assigned book of business.

Required Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years industry experience or High School diploma and 9 years previous reputed company Management experience and/or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with reputed company-facing/reputed company support responsibilities 

• Ability to travel is required (up to 25%)   

• Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans (stop loss understanding a plus)

• Knowledge and understanding of benefit-reputed company federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.)

• Results oriented and self-motivated 

• Ability to reputed company with senior level executives 

• Excellent presentation skills 

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required, as are exceptional organizational skills 

• Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and time management skills are required
