Position reputed company

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Finance Department. In this fully remote position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our reputed company and Financial team with accurate completion of company financials. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in GL reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reputed company, and reputed company, along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Controller with day-to-day, monthly, and year-end operations, including financial audits
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations, including Bank Statements, Fixed Assets, Prepaid Expenses, and Accruals
• Process semi-monthly payroll in reputed company system
• Prepare and maintain payroll-reputed company schedules
• Assist with maintenance and organization of reputed company files
• Maintain effective communication with reputed company partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• reputed company experience (mandatory)
• 2-3 years of reputed company experience with GL Reconciliations
• Excellent skills in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company reputed company
• Strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service reputed company
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a remote environment
• U.S. residency with eligibility to work in the U.S.
