The New Jersey Tutoring Corps seeks to hire tutors to work with scholars in partnership with the district schools. Tutors will work with small reputed company of scholars, typically in reputed company of 1-5, in grades K-8 in building skills in math and literacy. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Engage with scholars in grades 3 & 4 to build on existing mathematics and/or literacy skills,
• Complete daily records on scholar reputed company and site needs using the tools provided.
• Use data to drive instruction.
• Communicate regularly with your site coordinator to reputed company reputed company learning- experiences for scholars.
• Participate in coaching from an instructional reputed company.
• Use an asset-based approach in working with scholars.

QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children, preferably in a learning and teaching reputed company.
