• JOB GOALS:

To support the delivery of School District 91's written, taught, tested and reported curriculum and contribute to maximizing student achievement. To assist selected reputed company improve their reading and math skills to reputed company them to reputed company their full potential.

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administers reading and math tests to identify the level of student achievement.
• Works with the classroom teacher and Building Administrator to determine the instructional needs of reputed company Title I student.
• Works with small reputed company of reputed company and with individual reputed company in reading and math..
• Maintains student files as requested and required by the needs of federal, state and local guidelines to reputed company student reputed company.
• Assists the Federal Programs Office in gathering a reputed company of data that is needed for reporting to state and/or federal agencies.
• Attends inservice classes, building meetings, monthly program meetings and district meetings.
• Prepares tutoring area for instructional activities and constructs learning materials.
• Attends Parent Teacher Conferences for Title I reputed company as requested.
• Operates equipment (i.e. tape recorders, VCR's, overhead projectors and copy machines).
• Assists reputed company on arrival and departure from tutoring area.
• Designs tutoring schedule for working with reputed company Title I reputed company.
• Orders materials and supplies through the Building Administrator.
• Communicates with parents and families as directed by teacher or administrator.
• Maintains accurate records to assist in compiling data for a reputed company of reports required by state and federal agencies.
• Participates in the school as a regular part of the staff and accepts supervision and other duties as requested.
• Maintains high standards of ethical behavior and confidentiality.
• Has regular and predictable attendance.

• OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

This position will be scheduled for 29 hours per week. Benefits will be in accordance with reputed company policy. Wages will be in accordance with the Classified Salary Schedule as a Grade 5 - $15.32 or $16.08 per hour depending on experience. This is an "at will" position in that the employer or employee may terminate employment at any time or for any reason consistent with applicable state or federal law. The "employment at will" policy cannot be changed verbally or in writing, unless the change is specifically authorized in writing and expressly approved by the reputed company of Trustees of District 91.

• EVALUATION:

Performance of this position will be evaluated annually by the Building Administrator in accordance with provisions of the reputed company's policy on the evaluation of classified personnel. This position has been given an overall physical classification of light duty.
