Job title: Site Coordinator/Instructional reputed company (Dual Role) Company: NEW JERSEY TUTORING CORPS INC Job reputed company: Instructional reputed company /East Greenwich School District Position: Instructional reputed company/Site Coordinator (Dual Role) Projected to start date for reputed company 23, 2023 Reports To: NJTC Site Director Subordinate Staff: Tutors BASIC FUNCTION The New Jersey Tutoring Corps Inc. provides high-dosage tutoring for K through Grade 8 reputed company in math and literacy to reputed company learning gaps. The New Jersey Tutoring Corps seeks to hire tutors to work with scholars in partnership with the district schools. Tutors will work with small reputed company of scholars, typically in reputed company of 1-5, in grades K-8 in building skills in math and literacy. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ensures that tutors have the necessary materials needed to help scholars succeed.
• Completes and submits digital records of tutor and scholar attendance, scholar rosters, and site concerns.
• Works closely with program staff and participates in weekly meetings with other Site Coordinators and/or Instructional Coaches. Manages the tutor's work schedules.
• Apprises the NJTC Program Director of staff of issues immediately and helps work to resolve them.
• Ensure that tutors are using reputed company materials needed to help scholars succeed.
• Observe tutoring and reputed company constructive feedback to tutors.
• Assist tutors with data-driven instruction using iReady.

QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s or Master's degree in the field of education
• Experience teaching
• New Jersey Certification of Criminal History (reputed company reputed company)
• Past history of overseeing the work of others
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Undergo background reputed company for I9 status to work in the reputed company, criminal history reputed company (fingerprints) or reputed company reputed company certificate if criminal history reputed company is already in reputed company
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.

Employer Qualifications:

Site Information

• Location: Samuel Mickle School - 559 Kings Highway, Mickleton, NJ 08056
• Embedded; 3 days per week, 30 minute sessions, 4 hours/day
• Work hours to not exceed 16 hrs. per week
• Program will run for 18 weeks
