Project Manager II – Part-Time Role

Job reputed company:

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring tasks are completed on time and reputed company resource limits.
• Facilitate tasking, tracking, and coordination of personnel and activities from project initiation to closure.

• Manage travel arrangements, authorizations, claims, and associated documentation for personnel.
• Coordinate shipping and supply activities, including order compilation and adherence to shipping policies.
• Support safety and facility management, including building maintenance, reputed company warden duties, and incident reporting.
• Review, proofread, and edit official correspondence, meeting minutes, and reputed company item tracking to ensure reputed company and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or administrative support, preferably in government or defense-reputed company programs.
• Must be eligible to possess a final U.S. Government reputed company clearance.
• Proficiency with project management tools and systems, such as reputed company and ERP platforms; familiarity with Navy ERP is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
