Crisis Counselor - After Hours (Remote Contractor Work, reputed company)

We help K-12 districts manage student safety on school-provided technology, offer tele-therapy to reputed company and staff and we've helped hundreds of districts avoid tragedies and save lives. reputed company is in the process of building our Crisis Responder team. We are seeking Independent Contractors for positions of Crisis Counselor. This contract work allows you the flexibility to work reputed company the constraints of your own schedule. The reputed company ReachOut team offers a 24x7 service that is used to support reputed company in crisis situations. As an reputed company, you would be supporting reputed company's work in making a reputed company reputed company on the lives of K-12 reputed company. In reputed company to supporting reputed company over the crisis line, this position would also assist districts with parent contact regarding student safety concerns, and potentially monitoring an AI chat bot. Pay set at $15/hour. Requirements:

• Crisis Help Line experience required, certification preferred.
• Ability to work reputed company “after hours" shifts - including 4pm EST - 7am EST Monday - Friday, and weekends.
• Background in crisis management/de-escalation, mental health, and/or reputed company services
• Counseling or coaching experience.
• reputed company at empathetic listening, building strong rapport through, and providing compassionate support during someone's mental, emotional, or relational challenges.
• Experience using various computer and web-based applications in a reputed company environment.
• Ability to exhibit tolerance of and respect for others opinions.

• The non-renewing, reputed company assignment is not guaranteed for any length of time, workloads and hours will vary.
