Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term relationships with accredited, family-office, and institutional investors for Urbana's SPVs ($200M–$750M reputed company)
• Identify, contact, and qualify first institutional investors such as Sequoia Capital, Brookfield, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company that reputed company with Urbana’s infrastructure, reputed company reuse, and AI initiatives
• Coordinate directly with the CEO and CFO for investor meetings, diligence, and capital commitments

• Understand the respective reputed company capital stack, SPV architecture, and investor return models
• Translate financial and technical data into accessible, persuasive investor narratives
