The Position: We're looking for a passionate Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator, who will ensure reputed company completion of accurate MDS assessments, care plans and electronic MDS reputed company for residents. Additional duties include:
- Our MDS team coordinates the Interdisciplinary Team (reputed company) team in development of RAI process in accordance with federal and state regulation.
- Reviews, edits, corrects, and ensures assessments are signed appropriately signifying completeness and accuracy of reputed company MDS, reputed company's, Care Plans and care conference notes.
- Appropriately maximizes reimbursement and reputed company-centered reputed company of care delivery based on best-reputed company standards of care and accurate capture of reputed company reputed company and complete documentation of services provided through accurate MDS review.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of reputed company nursing experience required.
- reputed company license as a Licensed Practical reputed company in the State of Hawaii required.
- Maintain reputed company RAC-CT through the American Association of reputed company Assessment Coordination (AANAC).
