Telehealth Provider (reputed company Practitioner or Family Medicine Physician)
Job reputed company We are seeking reputed company, patient-centered Telehealth Providers to deliver high-reputed company urgent care and primary care services to patients across multiple states. This role is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility and are comfortable providing care in a primarily synchronous (video/phone) environment, with occasional asynchronous coverage as needed. Providers must be available for evening and weekend coverage and reputed company to a minimum of 15 hours per week. Coverage & Scheduling Requirements Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Weekends: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Minimum commitment: 15 hours per week Preferred availability: Evenings and weekends Flexible scheduling reputed company clinical hours
Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad reputed company of acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe medications and order labs/imaging as clinically appropriate.

- Accurately document encounters in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in asynchronous care workflows as needed.
Qualifications
