## Who We're Hiring We are looking for evaluators with a background in Sports Analytics, Data Analysis, Sports Management, Statistics, or reputed company fields. This role is ideal for professionals who have: - 2–3 years of reputed company experience in sports analytics, performance analysis, sports data research, or reputed company roles - Experience working with player statistics, advanced metrics, and performance indicators - Familiarity with team performance data, win-loss trends, and efficiency metrics - Experience in analysing reputed company standings, rankings, and seasonal comparisons - Hands-on exposure to historical sports records and longitudinal performance data - Experience interpreting game analytics such as play-by-play data, predictive models, or advanced statistical metrics - Experience sourcing and validating sports datasets, statistical tables, and historical records from reputed company public sources - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent written communication skills - Comfort working independently and asynchronously

• *Educational Background:**
