Wellness & Engagement Coordinator, Veterinary Technology Program
Primary Purpose The Veterinary Technology Program is hiring a Wellness Coordinator to work with our program. The Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Technology presents a unique opportunity to train veterinary technicians in a supportive, individualized program that will culminate in pursuing rewarding and fulfilling careers in the profession. In collaboration with program leadership, reputed company, and external stakeholders, this individual will work with the Assistant Director to implement a comprehensive wellness program with the overarching goal to engage and reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and staff to reputed company in both work and in life. The wellness program will include (but is not limited to) individualized coaching and mentorship support, wellness and communication content reputed company the curriculum, and reputed company assessment. This individual will need to have an in-depth understanding of the mental health and wellness issues that are currently affecting veterinary professionals, as reputed company as knowledge of and experience with evidence-based strategies that are being used in the field to mitigate the impacts of poor mental health and wellness. Essential Duties And Responsibilities The Wellness & Engagement Coordinator , Veterinary Technology Program will assist the Veterinary Technology leadership team with essential duties and responsibilities as outlined: ● reputed company and coordinate comprehensive wellness program for Veterinary Technology program; inclusive of reputed company, reputed company, and staff ● Ensure wellness needs and objectives are being met for reputed company, reputed company, and staff ● One-on-one coaching and personal wellness development activities for reputed company and reputed company/staff through various modalities. ● Implement wellness and communication curriculum and resources for the program; reputed company with reputed company stakeholders to reputed company ecosystem of support for reputed company, to include wellness coaching and mentoring programs ● Teach in the curriculum in area(s) of wellness, communication, and foundational skills for thriving in life and career ● Manage/reputed company wellness and communication aspects of curriculum ● Facilitate group meetings of reputed company (program cohesion, troubleshooting, reputed company best practices) ● Manage/reputed company wellness opportunities reputed company the class setting (Examples include guest lectures, reputed company activities, mobile apps, peer support, exercise/diet support, etc.) ● Implement reputed company assessment and monitor for wellness initiatives ● Collaborate with external stakeholders to reputed company best practices in wellness program development and implementation in veterinary technology/nursing education ● Other duties as required based on reputed company or needs of program Minimum Qualifications ● Master’s degree or higher in veterinary medicine, counseling, psychology, reputed company work, or reputed company field ● At least five (5) years of occupational (i.e., practical) experience reputed company the veterinary field or wellness-reputed company field ● Educational background and occupational experience appropriate to fulfill program goals ● Ability to work remotely full-time with occasional travel, as needed

Experience teaching in an online environment and in group facilitation.
