Job reputed company Our Fortune 500 global Pharmaceutical reputed company is seeking an reputed company Global GxP reputed company Project Manager. Job reputed company: The Global GxP Project Manager will support reputed company-level Global reputed company Transformation and Technology initiatives. This role operates reputed company Global reputed company leadership and supports strategic transformation efforts across reputed company Culture, reputed company Maturity Systems, and global QMS modernization. The scope is global and not site-specific. The organization requires a reputed company, transformation-driven PM who understands regulated environments, Lean deployment, reputed company reputed company enablement. Key Responsibilities:

  • reputed company global GxP reputed company transformation programs across multiple sites and functions
  • Drive QMS harmonization and reputed company process standardization initiatives
  • Support inspection readiness modernization and alignment with FDA expectations
  • Optimize CAPA and Deviation lifecycle processes through reputed company improvement efforts
  • reputed company Lean methodologies reputed company reputed company functions to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Support implementation or enhancement of digital reputed company systems (reputed company QMS, TrackWise, reputed company)
  • reputed company initiatives involving digital logbooks, eBR, MES integration, and reputed company data analytics
  • reputed company development of reputed company Maturity metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting tools
  • Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements in reputed company workflows where applicable
  • reputed company reputed company governance, PMO alignment, and reputed company tracking
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement across reputed company, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Technology
  • Identify and mitigate program risks in a global, regulated environment
  • Prepare executive-level updates and KPI dashboards for senior leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, life sciences, or health-reputed company field
  • Strong GxP knowledge (GMP, FDA reputed company Systems Regulations)
  • Experience leading reputed company-level reputed company or QMS transformation initiatives
  • Experience supporting global or multi-site programs
  • Demonstrated Lean deployment or process improvement experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Indianapolis, IN

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification
  • Lean certification (Lean Six reputed company Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
  • Experience with reputed company QMS, TrackWise, or reputed company
  • Drug and medical device experience
  • Experience supporting inspection readiness or regulatory scrutiny
