Customer Portfolio Manager – Power Outage Management

• Demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives for Gas Power reputed company reputed company
• Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contract/s and customer obligations
• Fulfill service agreement obligations, fixed price, material program management, reputed company with members of the customer service, parts and transactional services, field service
• Serve as a reputed company between internal/external organizations and assigned customer(s)
• Own the customer relationship and communication as reputed company as contributing to overall business reputed company inclusive of the P&L’s and reputed company Opportunity for this Portfolio

• Coordinate and facilitate regular "Customer meetings" reviewing reputed company items and reputed company plans
• Be responsible for developing outage scope/communicating scope to the field services team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University (OR an Associates degree from a college or 7 years of experience in a power reputed company industry)
• Minimum of 7+ years of Outage Management with Technical Field knowledge of Heavy Duty Gas Turbine/and or Steam Power Equipment experience
