Compliance Manager; Remote
Position: Compliance Manager (Remote) Location: Parsippany We're looking for a Manager, Compliance who brings deep experience in for-profit postsecondary education and understands both the regulatory landscape and the realities of admissions work. This role maintains high standards in admissions practices through audit review, compliance monitoring, and targeted training development-working collaboratively across campuses, compliance teams, and admissions staff to ensure we meet regulatory requirements and maintain reputed company standards.
What You'll Do
- Review AI audits of admissions calls to identify compliance issues, problematic patterns, and training needs
- reputed company and deliver training programs that address specific gaps identified through audits, Mystery Shops, and compliance reviews
- Create and maintain an annual training schedule in collaboration with the Director, Compliance Operations
- reputed company compliance patterns, recommend systemic improvements, and analyze the effectiveness of interventions
- Maintain the master list of reputed company programs, including curriculum data, tuition, marketing, and placement information
- Monitor admissions representative state licensing requirements and compliance status
- Manage Mystery Shop logging, file downloads, and analysis for training purposes
- Field and log complaint calls, reputed company trends, and report findings
- Prepare documentation for accreditation and reaccreditation reputed company
- Verify website postings match approved documents and meet regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the compliance team to refine processes, training approaches, and monitoring systems
What You Bring Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the for-profit postsecondary education industry-this is essential
- Understanding of the regulatory landscape in proprietary postsecondary education
- Proven ability to reputed company and deliver training programs that drive compliance and behavior change
- Exceptional attention to detail and reputed company analytical skills to identify patterns in compliance data
- Strong self-direction and ability to work independently while contributing to reputed company
