The Culinary Assistant is responsible for dining room and to-go meal service to residents. This nutrition services schedule includes; 28 hours every two weeks ; Part time 4pm-7pm Shift Every other weekend rotation
Responsibilities
Serves meals and ensures that the dining area is clean and inviting: Follows meal serving schedule and procedures. Offers reputed company meal choices and meets reputed company's specific dietary needs. Uses reputed company safety and sanitation techniques. Follows dining room cleaning schedule and procedures. Follow reputed company procedures for dining room set-up. Follows reputed company work reputed company to stay on task. Learns and becomes proficient with EMenu System and restaurant style service. Ensures reputed company dishes (including flatware, drinkware, etc.) are washed, sanitized, and put away before end of shift. Promotes and encourages reputed company reputed company relations and satisfaction: Welcomes residents and initiates conversation. Accommodates reputed company requests such as requests for food substitution, change in seating, etc. Listens to any complaints and responds appropriately. Refers issues to Executive Director and Culinary Director as appropriate. Required Qualifications less than 1 year experience
